The Ninth Parassala Catholic Bible Convention, organized under the auspices of the Parassala Eparchy of the Malankara Syrian Catholic Church, was held from November 7 to 9, 2025, at the grounds of St. Mary’s Cathedral, Kottavila, Parassala.
The Convention was solemnly inaugurated by His Excellency Most Rev. Thomas Mar Eusebius, the Bishop of the Parassala Eparchy. Over the three days, the faithful participated in spiritually enriching moments that included the Rosary, evening prayers, the Holy Qurbono, the proclamation of the Word of God, and Eucharistic adoration.
The preaching ministry was led by Rev. Fr. Jins Cheenkallel HGN, renowned retreat preacher and spiritual guide, whose insightful and grace-filled messages invited the faithful to deeper conversion and renewal.
Throughout the Convention, the Sacrament of Reconciliation and counselling services were made available each day, offering opportunities for spiritual healing and personal discernment.
The Parassala Eparchy extends its heartfelt gratitude to the priests, religious, and lay faithful whose dedicated service and leadership ensured the graceful and orderly conduct of the Convention.
